WordPress Mail (SMTP) Setup
Fix contact forms, WooCommerce emails, and notifications not sending.
NOTE
SMTP requires an active email service.
You can use our email hosting, or any external email provider that supports SMTP.
Step 1: Create an email account
- Login to the control panel
- Navigate to 'Emails' in the side menu
- Select 'Add Account'
- Enter your email address
- Set the mailbox size
- Enter the sender name
- Enter your chosen email password
- Click the 'Add' button
Step 2: Install an SMTP plugin
- Login to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard
- Search for “FluentSMTP”
- Click Install Now, then Activate
- Go to Settings → FluentSMTP
- Click Add New Connection
Step 3: Enter Connection Details
- Login to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard
- Search for “FluentSMTP”
- Click Install Now, then Activate
- Go to Settings → FluentSMTP
- Click Add New Connection
NOTE
For the best results with our email service, we recommend using Web Host Wizards nameservers
