Plesk Importer

NOTE

Before importing, make sure the website is not already created in the control panel. If it exists, delete it first, otherwise the import will fail.

Step 1. Download the Plesk Backup

1. Log in to Plesk at your current provider
2. Visit Websites & Domains, then Backup and Restore and click the backup you want to download
3. Click Download
4. Unselect the Use password protection and click OK
5. Your backup will be downloaded to your browser

Step 2. Upload the Plesk Backup

1. Login to the control panel
2. Navigate to Websites → Import Website.
3. Click the New Import button and select Plesk.
4. Follow the prompts to upload your Plesk backup.
5. Confirm the import and wait for the process to complete.
