Email Account Management
How to create and manage email accounts.
Create an email account
- Login to the Control Panel and navigate to the Emails option in the sidebar.
- Click Create Email and enter your email address (e.g., 'johndoe@example.com.au').
- Choose the account type: Mailbox or Forwarder-only.
- Specify the mailbox size (e.g., 500 MB).
- Enter a display name and enter a password.
Forwarders
- Navigte to emails, select the email account
- Here you can manage forwarders
Spam settings
- Navigte to emails, select the email account
- Scroll down and find the Spam setting menu
- The default spam settings should work perfectly. If you start receiving a lot of spam, you can adjust the slider toward the Strict setting.
Out of office
- Navigte to emails, select the email account
- Scroll down to find the Out of office menu
Email client settings
- Navigte to emails, select the email account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the connection details for third party email connections.
