A list of possible technical issues you may encounter

SSL Certificate / Security Connection Errors

SSL Certificates can be accessed through the 'Security' menu of your websites control panel.

Website SSL

1. Click the three-dot menu on the far right side
2. Select the "Request Let's Encrypt certificate" option

Email SSL

If you are seeing security warnings when trying to connect your mailbox to a third party, make sure the mail domain has an SSL.

1. Click the three-dot menu on the far right side
2. Select the "Request Let's Encrypt Certificate for MAIL" option

Backups

When restoring a backup, you may get an error saying the backup restore has failed. This is a bug you can ignore, 9.9/10 times the backup restores corretcly even when seeing this error notice.
