Quick Start Guide ​

📢 Important ​

If your domain name and WordPress site are hosted with another provider, you must migrate the site to Web Host Wizards and update your DNS records to point to our servers.

WordPress Website Management ​

  1. Login to the Control Panel
  2. Navigate to the Websites option in the side menu
  3. Here you can login directly to your WordPress website and also manage files, emails, domains and more

Email Accounts ​

  1. Login to the Control Panel and navigate to the Emails option in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Email and enter your email address (e.g., 'johndoe@example.com.au').
  3. Choose the account type: Mailbox or Forwarder-only.
  4. Specify the mailbox size (e.g., 500 MB).
  5. Enter a display name and enter a password.

Domain Names / DNS Records ​

  1. Login to the Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to the Websites option in the sidebar.
  3. Select your website; the Domains menu will appear in the top bar.

Note: If you do not have a web hosting plan, you can manage your domain through the Customer Portal.
