Genuinely some of the fastest support that I've ever received (consistently, too!). Whenever I've had an issue/problem, and submit a support ticket, it's answered and FIXED within 30 mins. No joke. I usually only leave reviews when I'm genuinely impressed with a restraunt that I visit, or a cafe that blows my mind, but these guys are the real deal. Never thought that I'd be reviewing a web hosting service, but here we are (haha). They consistently demonstrate S-tier support when it matters most. I've been hosting multiple WordPress websites with Web Host Wizards and recently experienced an intermittent issue with WordPress media uploads, along with occasional server errors. What impressed me most wasn't that there was an issue, but how it was handled. The support team responded quickly, investigated the problem thoroughly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Rather than simply pointing the finger at plugins or WordPress, they identified that the issue was related to the hosting environment under load. They made backend adjustments, monitored the server, tested solutions with me, and then offered to migrate my sites to a higher-performance server environment at no additional cost. Even more impressive was that they were actively responding and working on the issue well into the evening. It's easy to judge a hosting company when everything is working perfectly. I'm enjoying being a client of Web Host Wizards.  Although I have built half a dozen websites for various business I have owned, I am a certifiable amateur.   What stands out above all the other hosting platformsI have used is that Web Host Wizard's support team are quick to respond to any issues and very helpful - answering questions, repairing mistakes or simply completing tasks that I can't. I hate leaving bad reviews, but Mike and his operation Web Host Wizards have been nothing short of appalling to deal with. He converted my website to a Wordpress site, then gave me virtually no information as to how to manage and update the site.  If I could paste the ridiculous shared Google Doc he provided, I would. Then I was stupid enough to pay $399 for his "SEO Pack", which was nothing more than a spreadsheet of meaningless and worthless keyword ranking data, that I can run for free myself via all the main keyword research tools. And the worst part of all, when I raised my concerns directly with Mike from Web Host Wizards, his only concern was pressing me not to leave a review, and to "keep our disagreements just between us". There's more I could say about Mike's rudeness too, but I've wasted enough time on him,  and absolutely wasted enough money. Just a terrible experience, and I've had to start over again with a new company.
