These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Web Host Wizards website, located at 'webhostwizards.com.au' and 'dungeon.webhostwizards.com.au'.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Web Host Wizards if you do not agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Accounts & Payments
For Shared Hosting plans (Sorcery, Mastery, Wizardry), payments are due within 72 hours of the due date.

For VPS Hosting plans, payments are due within 48 hours of the due date.

Payment invoices will be sent out 30 days prior to your subscription renewal for annual subscriptions, 14 days for bi-annual subscriptions, and 10 days prior to your subscription renewal for monthly services.

If payment is not made by the specified due date, we reserve the right to suspend your service until the due payment is received. Full payment for all outstanding invoices is required before the service can be reactivated.

If a service is suspended or terminated for any reason, Web Host Wizards is under no obligation to provide the customer with a copy of any data associated with the services. Web Host Wizards may provide the customer with a full website backup, if available, for a fee of $200.

Web Host Wizards reserves the right to delete all website and server data for any accounts that fail to make payment within 7 days of the invoice due date.

*Customers who wish to cancel their service(s) with Web Host Wizards must submit a notice of cancellation seven (7) days prior to their next billing date. If a cancellation request is not submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date, the customer is fully responsible for payment of the next billing period. You can submit a cancellation request directly at billing@webhostwizards.com.au.

IP addresses may need to be changed during the plan period due to infrastructure changes or maintenance. Our team will work with you to change the IP address as required.

Control Panel
As a customer, you will have access to the Enhance control panel to manage your website(s). You are fully responsible for any data loss, damages, or issues that occur from modifying files or software in the control panel.

Backups & Data
Web Host Wizards offers daily cloud backups. Each backup is kept in our system for 30 days*.

Web Host Wizards will not be held responsible for any consequential damages to your website or business, such as loss of data, lost profits, lost sales, or lost emails. Web Host Wizards will always attempt to restore lost data from our system backups; however, this may not always be successful if the data is corrupted. In such instances, Web Host Wizards will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to maintain current backups of your website and email account data.

Managed Hosting
Managed hosting includes regular WordPress maintenance and updates.

We encourage you, as the business and website owner, to understand how the website works, as we do not manage every aspect of the website at all times. For example, email and other plugin functionality are not managed by us after the initial setup, although we will assist every step of the way to ensure it is working as required.

Servers
Our web servers are located in Sydney, Australia, unless stated otherwise.

Domain Management
All domains registered with Web Host Wizards can be managed through the Web Host Wizards customer portal. Here, you can manage domain DNS records, nameservers, etc., free of charge!

All Australian domains require an ABN or ACN registered to your name or business.

Web Design & Development Projects
A customer has 14 days from the design submission date to work with our team and provide us with the full feedback/content required to complete the website and go live.

If the customer does not provide us with the full requirements within this timeframe, a $500 project recommencement fee will need to be paid before the project continues.

Payment for web design and development projects is due in full 30 days after the project commencement date. If payment is not made in full, the project will be put on hold until payment is received.

If a customer stops communicating or blocks our workers at Web Host Wizards during a Website Design & Development project, Web Host Wizards reserves the right to hold any funds received until the customer re-engages with the assigned project manager at Web Host Wizards.

Live Chat
Our live chat is available 24/7, where we can assist with technical hosting support for your WordPress website. Any development support is not covered in the hosting plans and comes at an additional cost.

Our support staff must be treated with respect at all times when using the live chat service. Any negative behavior directed toward our staff will result in an instant ban from our services and website.

Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Web Host Wizards, you agree to use cookies in accordance with Web Host Wizards’ Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas and make it easier for visitors to navigate our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, Web Host Wizards and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Web Host Wizards. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this content from Web Host Wizards for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
