These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Web Host Wizards website, located at 'webhostwizards.com.au' and 'dungeon.webhostwizards.com.au'.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Web Host Wizards if you do not agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel subscriptions. If you do not submit a cancellation request before your subscription renews, we cannot provide refunds. Please make sure you are aware of the subscription costs and renewal dates associated with your hosting plan.
It is the customer's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-use, or forgetting to cancel a subscription.
Web Host Wizards only issues refunds in cases where the hosting service was unavailable for extended periods (48+ hours consecutively) due to a proven issue on our infrastructure, and no resolution or workaround was provided.
Minor service interruptions, customer misconfiguration, or failure to use the service do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

If you have an ongoing subscription with us, the payment will be attempted one day before the subscription renewal date.
For Shared Hosting plans (Sorcery, Mastery, Wizardry), payments are due within 72 hours of the due date.
For VPS Hosting plans, payments are due within 48 hours of the due date.
Payment invoices will be sent out 30 days prior to your subscription renewal for annual subscriptions, 14 days for bi-annual subscriptions, and 7 days prior to your subscription renewal for monthly services.
Please note: Subscriptions set up through PayPal or Stripe may not generate a renewal notice before the next billing cycle. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of their subscription and renewal dates. Please ensure you are aware of these dates to avoid unexpected charges.
If payment is not made by the specified due date, we reserve the right to suspend your service until the due payment is received. Full payment for all outstanding invoices is required before the service can be reactivated.
If a service is suspended or terminated for any reason, Web Host Wizards is under no obligation to provide the customer with a copy of any data associated with the services. Web Host Wizards may provide the customer with a full website backup, if available, for a fee of $200.
Web Host Wizards reserves the right to delete all website and server data for any accounts that fail to make payment within 10 days of the invoice due date.
Customers who wish to cancel their service(s) with Web Host Wizards must submit a notice of cancellation five (5) days prior to their next billing date. If a cancellation request is not submitted at least five (5) days prior to the next billing date, the customer is fully responsible for payment of the next billing period. You can submit a cancellation request through the customer portal or by opening a support ticket.
Your WordPress websites are your responsibility.
Web Host Wizards will not be held accountable for any changes made to your website by the customer that result in broken links, downtime or other issues.
Please make use of the backup and/or staging functions in the control panel before making any changes to your website. This way, you can easily revert to a previous version if needed.
Please note that WordPress development, as well as plugin and theme support, is not included in our standard hosting plans and will incur additional costs. While our support team may assist at their discretion, this is not guaranteed.
Note: Our main service is WordPress hosting
The email service is free, included with your hosting plan.
While it's fully functional for sending and receiving, it doesn't have the same infrastructure or delivery speed guarantees as enterprise grade platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Some delays or limitations (like POP/IMAP refresh times or occasional delivery lags) can occur. For mission critical email, services like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are built specifically for high speed and high reliability delivery.
Web Host Wizards offers daily cloud backups. Each backup is kept in our system for 30 days*.
Web Host Wizards will not be held responsible for any consequential damages to your website or business, such as loss of data, lost profits, lost sales, or lost emails. Web Host Wizards will always attempt to restore lost data from our system backups; however, this may not always be successful if the data is corrupted. In such instances, Web Host Wizards will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to maintain current backups of your website and email account data.
Managed hosting includes regular WordPress maintenance and updates.
We encourage you, as the business and website owner, to understand how the website works, as we do not manage every aspect of the website, only the updates and web server maintenance.

Please note: If our support team is at full capacity or not avaibile, the live chat option will not be visible on the website.
For all other enquiries, or if live chat is unavailable, we recommend using our ticket support system via the customer portal. This ensures your request is handled efficiently and receives the attention it deserves.
Please do not use the contact form on the main website if you are an active customer. All support related enquiries from existing customers should go through the ticket system to ensure proper handling.
We are committed to respectful and constructive interactions. Abuse or disrespect of any kind toward our support team at Web Host Wizards will result in an immediate ban from all support channels and may lead to a sitewide ban, depending on the severity of the infraction. We take mutual respect very seriously.
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Web Host Wizards, you agree to use cookies in accordance with Web Host Wizards’ Privacy Policy.

Web Host Wizards does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before they appear on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Web Host Wizards, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them.
